Refunds
Full refunds on brand new unopened or defective returns. Refunds are typically processed the same day the return is received. It may take up to 3 days if further inspection is required.
Fees
A loss of value deduction will be applied to damaged/used returns. For opened/used returns a standard 20% deduction will be applied.
Return Shipping
Free return label at no cost for returns worldwide . Opened, used or damaged returns do not apply to this policy. Only brand new unopened items. Shipping cost deduction will be added to opened returns.
Exchanges
Free exchange within 7 days of arrival, standard 20% loss of value fee will be applied. We offer exchanges for orders that arrive defective at no cost.
